Equipment Description
This is a non-standard customized machine designed for the automatic assembly of medical prefilled syringe protective devices. It adopts a dual-station configuration, which allows the two stations to run synchronously or independently.
The complete machine features a rationally designed mechanical structure with compact layout and high structural strength. The main frame is fabricated by welding 304 stainless steel square tubes, and the enclosure panels are made of 304 stainless steel, transparent acrylic sheets or tempered glass.
Parts are fed via vibrating bowls. Each vibrating bowl can hold up to 350 pieces of materials, and a supplementary feeding hopper is reserved to replenish materials into the vibrating bowls. Machine throughput: ≥3800 pieces per hour.
